Two ways: (1) Digital — export scans from your intraoral scanner and send the files to us; most partners work fully digitally with no shipping at all. (2) Physical — ship impressions or models via international couriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS. Our team confirms every incoming case and flags any issue with the impression or scan before production starts.
Open STL and PLY files from all major intraoral scanners (iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit and others), plus exocad and 3Shape design files for lab-to-lab CAD outsourcing. If you are unsure about your scanner’s export options, our CAD team will walk you through it.
In-lab production time is typically 1.5–3 working days depending on the restoration (see each product page for the exact figure). For digital cases, that is usually the whole timeline apart from your local delivery. For physical shipments, add courier transit time in each direction. We confirm the schedule with you when the case is accepted.
Khai Nguyen Dental Lab operates an ISO 13485:2016-certified quality management system for medical devices. Every restoration is produced from genuine, traceable materials from manufacturers such as 3M, Dentsply Sirona, Ivoclar, GC and Shofu, and inspected before the case is returned.
