Contact us with a short description of the case you want to trial: restoration type, material and number of units.
Send the case the way you normally would: intraoral scan files (STL, PLY or DCM) or impressions. Our ordering process lists what to include.
We design and fabricate the case, keep you updated along the way, and ship it back. Production and shipping times are on our turnaround and shipping page.
You evaluate the result chairside, then decide whether and how to continue.
One real case tells you more than any brochure: how the margins fit on your preparations, how the shade matches in your light, and how quickly questions are answered. A free case is still a real case, so it goes through the same checks as any other. The more complete the data, the more the result tells you about our work rather than about missing information. With your first case, please send:

If you work with impressions rather than scans, you can ship them by DHL Express; we pour and scan them in the lab and continue digitally. Every file is checked in our next working shift, and if anything is missing you receive an annotated screenshot before production starts. For esthetic cases you can ask for an exocad design preview to approve contour and contacts first.

The lab clock starts when the file or impression has been approved, not when it is sent, and physical impressions add 2–4 days of transit before that. We work Monday to Saturday, 08:00–19:00 ICT (GMT+7). You receive updates at confirmation, at design preview if you ask for one, and at dispatch with the DHL tracking number. Once the restoration is seated, you decide whether to continue. There is no volume commitment required to start, and most of our long-term partners started with one or two trial cases of their typical work before moving to regular volume. If you want to continue:

Clinics with regular volume often batch cases into a weekly or twice-weekly DHL shipment, since one parcel costs the same whether it holds one crown or twenty.
