We are committed to manufacturing and trading products in accordance with the technical documentation published above, and take full responsibility before consumers and state regulators for any violation of the published quality standards.

METAL-FREE CERAMIC RESTORATIONS

Usage instructions:

  • Step 1: The dentist examines why the patient needs a restoration and identifies which positions require it. Once determined, the dentist advises the patient on which type of implant-supported restoration to choose for the best result.
  • Step 2: The dentist performs a general examination, treats damaged or missing teeth, addresses issues in the treatment area such as periodontal disease or jawbone problems… and takes a conventional impression or a digital scan.
  • Step 3: The technician fabricates the custom abutment (when indicated) and ceramic crown according to the impression, shade, function and the dentist’s prescription.
  • Step 4: The dentist tries in and checks the fit of the abutment (if any) and evaluates the soft tissue around the implant before seating the restoration.
  • Step 5: The dentist places and secures the abutment (if any) together with the implant-supported restoration, checking fit, occlusion and esthetics before completing treatment. After the crown is placed, the patient can eat and live as usual.
  • Step 6: Final cementation and periodic follow-up.

Note:

  • Before placement in the patient’s mouth, implant-supported restorations must be stored in a dedicated plastic or rigid box lined with foam to prevent impact damage.
  • Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight, high humidity, or chemical vapors.
  • Never place near heat sources such as presses, dryers, stoves, or under direct surgical lighting.

Do not drop or knock hard, as ceramic restorations can develop micro-cracks leading to fracture during use.

  • Step 3: The technician fabricates the metal-free ceramic restoration from the impression or digital scan data, following the shade, function and the dentist’s prescription.
  • Step 4: Using the impression or scan data, the technician designs the restoration in CAD software, selects the appropriate material and manufactures it according to each material’s workflow (milling, with sintering or pressing where required). The restoration is then finished through anatomical contouring, occlusal adjustment, shading, surface treatment, and polishing or glazing before handover.
  • Step 5: The dentist tries the restoration in the mouth, checking fit, occlusion and esthetics before temporary or permanent cementation as indicated.
