Which channel to use for what
Khai Nguyen Dental Lab works with dentists, clinics and dental laboratories only; we do not treat or sell to patients. Pick the channel that fits the job:

Hours and time zone
We work Monday to Saturday, 08:00–19:00 Indochina Time (ICT, GMT+7), and are closed on Sundays. Prescriptions and scans can be sent 24/7; anything that arrives on a Sunday or a Vietnamese public holiday is confirmed on the next working day. Because Vietnam is ahead of US time zones, a question sent at the end of your day is usually answered by the start of your next one.
How to send a case
- Intraoral scans: STL, PLY or DCM files by WhatsApp, email or our case portal. Full-arch colour scans can exceed 100 MB, so send a download link; email is usually capped at about 25 MB. Export steps for each scanner brand are in which intraoral scanners work with our lab.
- Physical impressions or models: ship them by DHL Express to the address below. We pour and scan them on a desktop scanner and continue digitally. Allow 2–4 days for transit before the lab clock starts.
- Prescription: tooth numbers, restoration type, material, shade and seating date. What to add for each case type is listed in our ordering process.
Every file is checked in our next working shift. If a margin, bite or scan body is missing, you receive an annotated screenshot before production starts.
Turnaround and shipping
In-lab production takes 2–4.5 working days depending on material and number of units. Finished cases ship by DHL Express and typically arrive in 2–4 days, with the tracking number sent on dispatch. Design-only work is returned by download in 12 hours, 24 hours for All-on-X, with a 2-hour express option. Planning advice is in turnaround time and shipping. Clinics in Ho Chi Minh City within 35 km of the lab get pickup and delivery by our own courier team.

From 6 months to 15 years depending on the product line, with every restoration shipped with a warranty card. Terms are in our policies and remake policy.
