Everyone has their own formula for success. But in the end, it always requires resonance between individual effort and the company — a resonance built on the company’s shared goals.
That is why the people of Khai Nguyen Dental Lab always take our 5 core values as the ultimate destination for every individual and for the company as a whole.
1. Ethics
Our leadership always treats human ethics as the root of development, because it is the first foundational value behind the company’s success.
Every healthcare job calls for certain qualities, and dental prosthetics is no exception. Ethics creates a friendly workplace and leads to careful, high-quality products and services, down to the smallest detail.
That is why Khai Nguyen Dental Lab invests in every team member’s growth.
2. Dedication
We work wholeheartedly in our customers’ interest, so they trust us as a friend and a partner in their career.
That is how Khai Nguyen Dental Lab keeps its service quality high.
The people at Khai Nguyen Dental Lab are always dedicated to their work
3. Adaptability
We proactively learn, innovate and stay ready to change in order to grow. We always encourage new ideas and keep updating our knowledge and technology.
Every team member learns from leading industry experts, managers and department heads with 20+ years of experience. We encourage a culture of listening and openness, so we can create products suited to each patient’s oral structure.
4. Responsibility
Taking responsibility for one’s words and actions is a principle every team member at Khai Nguyen Dental Lab is trained in.
We speak up when we see something that isn’t right. Sometimes a dentist’s prescription and impression arrive at our technical department without full clarity — in which case Khai Nguyen Dental Lab immediately calls the dentist back to verify, advise and agree on the most suitable treatment plan for the patient.
No excuses, no blame — we see the work through to the end while keeping our joy and passion for it.
5. Reliability
We commit to the services and products that best suit our customers’ dental health and esthetics, to on-time delivery, and to a standardized way of working.
We apply these 5 core values at every stage of production, so every unit is precise down to the detail.
At Khai Nguyen Dental Lab, we always believe that you can’t achieve anything great unless you start from the smallest things.
