At the Khai Nguyen booth
The booth showed the restoration lines the lab produces: pressed and feldspathic veneers, multilayer zirconia crowns and bridges, implant restorations from single crowns to bar-supported full arches, with real case samples so dentists could inspect translucency and surface texture directly. Technicians were on hand to discuss material selection and the digital case submission workflow, and the booth ran interactive activities with souvenirs for visiting dentists.
What it means for the lab
For Khai Nguyen, taking part in congresses such as SYD is a chance to hear dentists’ clinical needs and follow new treatment directions, and to adjust production accordingly. It is the lab’s second consecutive year at major industry events, following HSDI 2024.

After the congress
In our recap post of 20 January 2026, Khai Nguyen thanked the SYD 2026 organising committee and the dentists and partners who visited the booth over the two days at the Windsor Plaza. We described the congress as a chance for our team to listen, learn and catch up on current approaches to comprehensive dental treatment alongside clinicians, and the booth activities as a way to hand souvenirs to visiting dentists and partners.
