We aim to train and mentor many young people in the future who share a passion for dental prosthetics, so they can build the best possible lives.
How the mission shows up in day-to-day work
The third of the missions above, training and upskilling our technicians, is the one dentists see most directly in their cases. Khai Nguyen has run in-house training with visiting specialists and material manufacturers, for example a two-day workshop on anterior effect layering and monolithic staining with the Matisse method in February 2025 and a private workshop with Shofu on Ceramage pink gingiva and Vintage Prime pressed ceramic in March 2025. Clinicians also come to the lab to share their side of the work, such as the internal workshop on implant restorations and emergence profile design led by Dr Nguyen Ngoc Trung Hau in November 2025. These sessions are collected on our training and professional exchange 2025–2026 page, with individual pages for the Matisse workshop and the Shofu training.
The wish to train young people who share a passion for dental prosthetics also extends beyond our own team. Through Khai Nguyen Academy, clinicians can spend a 12-hour course working as a dental technician, and in 2025 the lab hosted two groups of resident dentists from Van Lang University and the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City for observation visits to the production area.
What it means for the dentists we work with
For a clinic, “a quality, stable supplier” comes down to things that can be checked. Khai Nguyen has been making restorations since 2017 and works under an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system, certified in 2024 and recertified in 2025 (see our ISO 13485 certificate). We manufacture only to clinical prescription, production takes 2 to 4.5 working days depending on the case, and restorations carry warranties from 6 months to 15 years under our remake and warranty policy.
